The Bone Pool™ by One Dog One Bone™ functions as both a whelping box and a dog pool. This is one durable product with two uses, not a separate box or accessory kit.
Use it dry as a properly prepared whelping space. When that stage is over, clean it thoroughly and use the same Bone Pool for supervised cooling and play. One purchase stays useful beyond the puppy stage.

Whelping Use
Keep the Bone Pool dry for whelping. Assess usable interior space for the mother and expected litter. Consult your veterinarian or an experienced breeding professional about suitability, bedding, traction, temperature, access and puppy-protection measures, including any need for pig rails. The pool alone does not provide every element of a complete whelping setup.
Pool Use
Clean thoroughly between uses. Always supervise dogs around water and adjust water depth to the dog. Do not place newborn puppies in pool water; consult your veterinarian about readiness for water activities.
